Get off exit 33 (Verona)

Follow signs for 365 west (Oneida) when you are on 365

You will go through 4 (four) stop lights. That will be Rt. 5 in front of you.

Turn left onto Rt. 5

Take very first right onto Middle Rd. (it comes up quick)

Take Middle Rd. To the 2nd (second) stop sign.

When at that stop continue straight on Middle Rd for about 2 miles.
 
Take your 1st (first) left onto Valley Mills Rd. (my sign is on that corner)

We are the 2nd (second) place on the left. Big sign in front yard. If you have any problems please call.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Your pet must be up to date on all shots and should have a stool sample checked within the last 6 months. We will need to see an updated shot record: Please have your veterinarian fax your shot record to 315-495-2025 before your appointment.

Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, Negative Heartworm Test, and a Bordetella (Canine cough preventative administered at least 5 days prior to boarding).
